A native of Bretagne, France, and a Maître Cuisinier de France, his career spans Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and leadership roles with both Fairmont and Hyatt Hotels worldwide. He has been recognized as Hyatt Culinary Leader of the Year and Dallas Chef of the Year by the Texas Chef Association. About Blue Duck Tavern When combined with the classic American touches of dark oak and blue burlap, and mixed with a market-based menu featuring local farms and purveyors, Blue Duck Tavern captures the region’s natural bounty and culinary traditions. Handcrafted wood furnishings, including a 29-foot long Windsor bench, enhance Blue Duck Tavern’s warm and rustic feel, inviting travelers and local residents to gather and celebrate the best ingredients of the season. Two (2) packages are available for this event with a one (1) package maximum per Cardmember. Bids for this experience will start at 40,000 MileagePlus® miles. Bidding opens on June 12, 2026, and will close at 11:59 PM CT on June 26, 2026. Winning members will be notified on June 29, 2026. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
