What exactly is an alert?
An alert is a saved search that emails you whenever a new listing matches it. You pick the filters: programs, a category, keywords or a location. Premium includes up to 20.
How often do you check?
We check all 19 programs on a schedule, most of them several times a day, and email you after the check that finds a new match. You don't have to visit each marketplace to see what's new.
How are favorites, alerts and the newsletter different?
Favorites are listings where you've tapped the heart icon: we'll email you once, in the morning, when a listing you've favorited is due to close within the next 36 hours. Alerts look for listings you haven't seen yet and email you when a new one matches. The newsletter is a weekly roundup of notable listings for everyone who signs up for it. Favorites and the newsletter are always free.
What happens to my alerts if I cancel?
They pause and are never deleted. Resubscribe and they start again. Browsing, favorites, the favorites reminder email and the weekly newsletter stay free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask any time for a full refund of your latest charge. A refund ends Premium and cancels the auto-renewal.
How does the founding lifetime plan work?
It is a $150 one-time payment, limited to 10 founding members. Premium on PointAuctions.com is yours for good, including up to 20 alerts. How do I cancel?
Account, then Manage billing, then cancel on the Stripe page that opens. There are no retention steps, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
