Participants must be at least 18 years of age. The HYROX performance workshop will be approximately 2 hours in duration and will take place at a HYROX Training Club. Following confirmation of your booking, a member of the Hyatt team will contact you with event logistics, venue details, and other relevant information to support your experience. Participants are required to wear appropriate sports attire and athletic footwear. This experience is not recommended for individuals with mobility restrictions, disabilities, or physical injuries.
