Grand Hyatt Bali Melukat is a sacred purification ritual deeply rooted in Balinese culture, performed to cleanse the body and mind while fostering a spiritual connection with nature. The ceremony takes place at the hotel temple, where guests experience the ritual under the guidance of a priest, beginning with offerings and culminating in a symbolic cleansing with coconut water. This profound experience allows guests to immerse themselves in the sacred tradition, feeling the serenity and spiritual renewal that Balinese people embrace during Melukat. The temple priests play a vital role in ensuring that guests not only witness but also deeply connect with the ritual’s essence and significance.
