Each partner makes the operational call on safety conditions on the day; the resort reserves the right to substitute an equivalent experience if conditions do not allow safe operation. Surf conditions at Ka'anapali Point vary seasonally. Alternate ocean locations or beginner-friendly programming may be used when appropriate, at Ka'anapali Surf Club’s direction. Teralani experience is subject to partner scheduling and final confirmation at booking. Custom surfboard design, production, and shipping will be coordinated with the selected Maui shaper and are subject to production lead times after the booking is confirmed.
