Chef Kyungjin Lee of Tamayura at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul welcomes chefs Hyun-a Choi and Jinhee Won of GAGGEN by Choi Joonho — a one MICHELIN-Star restaurant featured in the MICHELIN Guide Seoul 2026 — for an exquisite kaiseki gala dinner. Prepared by three chefs reunited after 15 years, each course features peak-harvest autumn ingredients and herbs grown in our own JW Garden, with each dish shaped by the chef trio’s shared devotion to exceptional produce and sustainable dining. The experience includes a special tea masterclass hosted by a tea sommelier, offering an immersive introduction to the artistry of Japanese tea preparation and the cultural traditions surrounding tea. Guests will discover the nuances of premium teas, traditional brewing methods, and the role of tea in Japanese hospitality and dining culture.
