From a pizza-making class at Pizzeria Mozza to breakfast for dinner at his beloved diner, Max & Helen’s, members will enjoy rare access to the food, places, and stories closest to Phil in the city he has called home for years. They’ll also enjoy a two-night stay in a King Hollywood Hills View room at The Hollywood Grande, Autograph Collection.The weekend begins on Friday with an evening welcome reception at The Hollywood Grande, Autograph Collection, where guests will gather before the following day’s culinary experiences.On Saturday, join Phil for a pizza-making class at Pizzeria Mozza, the restaurant of his longtime friend and collaborator, Nancy Silverton, and one of Phil’s favorite pizza stops in LA. The group will learn from Executive Chef Herbert Yuen about Pizzeria Mozza’s dough and dough-making process, how to stretch and top pizzas, and how to work with and cook in a wood-burning pizza oven. Guests will then enjoy wine and pizzas freshly prepared by the Pizzeria Mozza restaurant team.Later that evening, step inside Max & Helen’s for a special breakfast for dinner with Phil. Since opening in 2025, Max & Helen’s has remained one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after tables. Created by Phil and Chef Nancy Silverton, the diner was named after Phil’s parents, Max and Helen. An old memory made new, Max & Helen’s brings Phil’s childhood to life through elevated takes on classic diner dishes.
