Chefs Buddha and Isao will curate a tasting menu just for this special evening, highlighting seasonal ingredients, seafood, and creative presentation. This event will showcase both chefs’ shared passion for quality and innovation in their cuisine. This evening includes: Multi-course tasting menu by Chefs Buddha Lo and Isao Yamada. Remarks from the Chefs and a MICHELIN Guide representative. Elevated wine and beverage pairings to complement the menu.
