After a luxurious one-night stay, enjoy an excursion to Kashogama Pottery Studio, where the handcrafted tableware used at the Chef’s Table is handmade, offering you and your guest a deeper connection to Kyoto’s craftwork, and cultural heritage. At Chef’s Table by Katsuhito Inoue, you and your guest will savor an elevated kaiseki experience inspired by Japan’s 72 micro-seasons based on the ancient lunisolar calendar. Chef Inoue has designed a dining experience that reflects the subtle and everchanging nature of Kyoto, where sustainable seasonal décor and harvests define each intimate moment. The majority of wines produced by Vincent Wine Company are sold under the Vincent label, which is named both for winemaker Vincent Fritzche, and for St. Vincent of Saragossa, the patron saint of vintners. Vincent wines are primarily single varietal wines made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Gamay sourced from some of the finest sustainably farmed vineyards in Oregon’s Willamette Valley in the United States. Experience Includes:  One-night stay in a Grand Deluxe Kamogawa River View Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto, checking in Tuesday 23 June and checking out Wednesday 24 June Tuesday 23 June 15:00 – Check in to the hotel 18:30 – Omakase course menu with wine pairings for two (2) at Chef’s Table by Katsuhito Inoue, with wine introductions by Vincent Wine Company Wednesday 24 June A delightful breakfast experience for two (2) at La Locanda Roundtrip transportation between the hotel and Kashogama Pottery Studio Hands-on pottery experience at Kashogama Pottery Studio Fond farewell at the hotel by Noon Note: All guests must be 20 years of age or older due to alcohol service.
