From August to September 2026, the Luxury Dining Series returns for its third edition, uniting world-class chefs and cultural storytellers across Asia Pacific to celebrate what brings us together—one table at a time. Guided by the theme ‘Across the Table’, stories unfold, flavors linger, and strangers become companions. Every experience is designed to feel unguarded and alive, celebrating not just what is served, but what is shared.  The Luxury Dining Series, Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve presents Forage, Feast, and Unwind. The adventure starts with a guided foraging experience to the serene Buahan Village followed by a jungle lunch experience, featuring locally inspired specialties. Return to the hotel to indulge in a 90-minute Mepijet Massage at Mandapa Spa before savoring an elegant dinner at Kubu, our signature bamboo dining destination.  Step into a day of discovery, connection, and indulgence, where every moment is thoughtfully curated to immerse you in the spirit of Bali. The foraging journey is personally guided by Executive Sous Chef Eka Sunarya and Head Mixologist Adi, who will share their deep knowledge of local ingredients, flavors, and traditions. Together, you will wander through lush landscapes, discovering indigenous herbs, spices, and botanicals that inspire Mandapa’s culinary and beverage creations—offering a rare, behind-the-scenes perspective of their craft. After foraging, arrive at a secluded setting for a jungle lunch experience, where the sights and sounds of nature create an unforgettable backdrop. Savor a selection of locally inspired specialties, thoughtfully prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients —many of which reflect your morning’s discoveries. As evening falls, savor an elegant dinner at Kubu, Mandapa’s signature bamboo dining destination by the Ayung River. Here, Kubu honors Bali’s untamed flavors through place-based community sourcing and a zero-waste, root-to-leaf approach — ­foraging within 100 kilometers to craft a refined culinary journey. Paired with the restaurant’s intimate riverside ambiance, each dish celebrates both sustainability and artistry. This is more than an itinerary, it’s a seamless flow of meaningful moments, crafted to awaken your senses and connect you to the essence of Bali. Experience includes: Roundtrip transportation between the resort and Buahan Village 08:00 - 13:00: Guided foraging experience at Buahan Village led by Executive Sous Chef Eka Sunarya and Head Mixologist Adi, followed by Jungle lunch for two (2) 15:00 - 16:30: 90-minute Mepijet Massage for two (2) at Mandapa Spa 19:30 – 22:00: Sustainable dinner for two (2) at Kubu, featuring ingredients sourced from within 100km Note: This experience is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or resold. Dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the experience. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, this is not guaranteed. Spa treatments may require a brief consultation prior to the session. Guests must meet minimum age and health requirements for spa services. The experience operates in most weather conditions. However, certain elements (such as foraging or outdoor dining) may be adjusted for safety or comfort without prior notice. All guests are expected to respect local customs, the environment, and guidance provided by Mandapa hosts. As alcohol is provided, guests must be 18+. This experience does not include flights.
