Step into the heart of harvest season with Hope Family Wines during a behind-the-scenes weekend in Paso Robles wine country. Curated just for Marriott Bonvoy members, this weekend experience brings guests inside one of the region’s most recognized wineries, complemented by a two-night stay in a Garden View King Room at HOTEL CERRO, Autograph Collection. The weekend begins Friday evening at Hope on Park Creative Space, where guests will gather for a sparkling welcome toast and private library tasting. The experience will feature rare Estate Rhône wines from Austin Hope’s personal library, side-by-side pours of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Black Glass Tasting Challenge designed to put each guest’s palate to the test. The evening continues at one MICHELIN Star restaurant, Six Test Kitchen for a multi-course tasting menu paired with selections from the Hope Family Wines portfolio. On Saturday, the day begins with a vineyard walk led by Hope Family Wines Director of Vineyards Stasi Seay, followed by coffee and pastries before guests step inside Harvest 2026. With invite-only access to the production winery’s crush pad, tank room, barrel room, and bottling line, guests will get a closer look at the winemaking process during one of the busiest times of year. The experience continues with hands-on harvest moments, including berry analysis and Brix testing, freshly pressed juice tastings, and tank tastings of wines mid-fermentation. After a private lunch in the barrel room, the weekend concludes in The Blending Lab, where owner and winemaker Austin Hope will guide guests as they craft a custom blend to cork, label, and take home.
