Every experience is designed to feel unguarded and alive, celebrating not just what is served, but what is shared.  As part of the Luxury Dining Series, The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto invites you to experience From Kyoto’s Seasons to The Table at MIZUKI, followed by a serene one-night stay in a Grand Deluxe Kamogawa River View room at our five-star hotel built on a site favored by Japanese nobility since the 17th century. The next day, savor a special omakase lunch at Chef's Table by Katsuhito Inoue featuring an exclusive four-hands collaboration with Chef Valentin from Duet by David Toutain in Bangkok. At Japanese restaurant MIZUKI, master chefs of Kaiseki, Sushi, Tempura, and Teppanyaki present distinct expressions of Kyoto’s culinary heritage through seasonal tasting-style dishes inspired by the changing seasons and Kyoto’s rich food culture. Rather than a traditional seated dinner, you’ll enjoy an immersive dining experience, freely explore multiple culinary stations while interacting with chefs throughout the evening. The MIZUKI experience is further complemented by insights and pairings from Fushimino Sake Brewery, celebrating the artistry, refinement, and exceptional seasonal ingredients that define Kyoto’s timeless culinary culture.
