Join a group of Marriott Bonvoy members to explore Maker’s Mark’s approach to craft and sustainability, then collaborate to create a one-of-a-kind Private Barrel Selection bourbon expression.Begin with a welcome dinner with premium Maker's Mark beverages in the award-winning Barrel Room at Repeal Oak-Fired Steakhouse. The following day, travel to Maker’s Mark Distillery for a guided tour of the fields and production gardens, followed by farm-fresh cocktails and a Farm to Glass and Table Lunch at Star Hill Provisions. Continue behind the scenes with a VIP distillery tour highlighting Maker’s Mark’s production practices, then hand dip a Maker’s Mark bottle.The experience concludes with a rare Private Barrel Selection session led by a Maker’s Mark expert. Together, the group will develop a taste vision and explore five unique finishing staves and 1,001 possible combinations to create a unique bourbon expression that brings that vision to life.
