From June through September, Grand Hyatt Nashville will be transforming the 5th floor rooftop into a stunning outdoor dining experience on the second Friday of each month. Each dinner features a five-course menu that changes monthly, inspired by the best of the season and thoughtfully paired with wines from a rotating selection of partners. No two evenings will be the same! Each one will be designed around the unique character of the wines and the menu's ingredients at their peak.
